THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the CITY/COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS, a joint powers agency whose members include the County of San Mateo and the twenty incorporated cities and towns within San Mateo County, hereinafter called “C/CAG,” and the SAN MATEO COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT, a public agency, hereinafter called “District.”
