Job Fair Exhibitor is hereby purchasing space in the Association for Computing Machinery, Inc (ACM) SIGGRAPH ASIA 2009 Job Fair produced by Koelnmesse Pte Ltd. incorporated in Singapore. The Job Fair Exhibitor accepts all terms of this agreement along with the rules governing the Job Fair. Koelnmesse Pte Ltd and the Job Fair Exhibitor are bound by the terms, conditions, and rules set forth. The Job Fair Exhibitor agrees to display relevant material and conduct booth activities that are directly pertinent to job recruitment at the SIGGRAPH ASIA 2009.
