This Annex shall be for the purpose of providing Blue Origin access to NASA technical experts in fracture control and damage tolerance in order to aid the Blue Origin engine development effort. The work effort will consist of Blue Origin document reviews and remote meetings. No NASA facilities or equipment are required for this Annex beyond computer and telecommunication equipment.
