This agreement ("Agreement") formally recognizes that Drury University and Cox College (collec• tively, the "parties") are active educational partners, committed to providing greater educational opportunities for future healthcare providers in Southwest Missouri. The parties entered into a Dual Degree Agreement for nursing students, effective October 30, 2009 ("2009 Agreement") and have been operating under the terms of such agreement since its effective date. The parties jointly desire to modify the dual degree program for nursing students as provided herein. By signing this Agreement, the parties acknowledge and agree that, upon the effective date of this Agreement, the 2009 Agreement shall terminate and shall no longer be in effect.
