IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or a single entity) and CloudNine for the Software that accompanies this Agreement, which includes associated media and Internet-based services, if any (“Program”). This Agreement applies to CloudNine Review™, CloudNine Concordance®, CloudNine Explore™ and CloudNine LAW™ software, including any associated software programs or modules thereof, herein after (“Software”). An amendment or addendum to this Agreement may accompany the Program.
