This Agreement is voluntarily entered into by and between the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 51 2, County of Cook and the State of Illinois hereinafter referred to as the " Board," and the William Rainey Harper College Faculty Senate, a Chapter of the Cook County College Teachers Union, Local 1 600, AFT, AFL.-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Faculty Senate," or "Senate," as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for the faculty members in the bargaining unit as defined herein.
