These Terms & Conditions comprise a MASTER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) between WinMill Software, Inc, ” a Nevada corporation, with a principal address of 420 Lexington Avenue, Suite 455, New York, NY 10170, (“WinMill”) and Client signatory to a WinMill Software Letter of Agreement or Statement of Work (“Client”). Each is a “Party” or collectively, the “Parties”. This Agreement governs the purchase of Services by Client from WinMill and takes effect on the date a Letter of Agreement or applicable Statement of Work has been signed.
