These General Terms and Specific Service Offerings Terms (collectively “Agency Stack Terms and Conditions”) govern the Services provided by Agency Stack (“Company”) under the order form (“Order”) signed by Company and Client (as named on the Order). Upon signing the Order, these Agency Stack Terms and Conditions and the Order become a valid and binding agreement (“Agreement”) between Company and Client effective on the last date signed on the Order.
