WHEREAS, Developer has the contract right to purchase the property described on the attached Exhibit A, which constitutes approximately 211.73 Gross Acres (205.33 Net) and is located on 32 Mile Road and Powell Road in the Township (the “Property”). Developer has submitted an application (“PUD Application”) to develop the Property under the planned unit development regulations of the Washington Township, Zoning Ordinance for a multi-use, planned unit development (“PUD”) including commercial and a mix of residential uses to be known as “Washington Landing”.
