Agreement Concerning Procedures for the Implementation of United States Economic Assistance Provided in the Compact of Free Association, as amended,Micronesia • May 5th, 2020
This Agreement is entered into by the Government of the United States and the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia in recognition of their mutual desire to fulfill their obligations and responsibilities in the implementation of United States Economic Assistance, Programs, and Services as Set Forth in Title Two of the Compact, as amended and section 105(f)(1)(b) of the Compact of Free Association Amendments Act of 2003. The purpose of this Agreement is to record the procedures that are most efficient, economical, and beneficial to the discharge of the obligations and responsibilities of each government and which each party agrees to implement and abide by. Except as otherwise provided, this Agreement shall be construed and implemented in a manner consistent with the Compact, as amended.
