This Universal Amendment #1 to the Standard Contract for Azure Marketplace (the “Amendment”) is made by and between the party providing the Offering on the Azure Marketplace, MarkLogic Corporation with principal place of business at 999 Skyway Road, Suite 200, San Carlos, CA 94070, United States of America (“MarkLogic” or “Publisher”) and the party subscribing to the Offering (“Customer”) through the Azure Marketplace.
