This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the above-named employee (“Employee” or “AP/Dean”) and Bay Area Technology School. (“Bay Tech”), a California non-profit public benefit corporation regarding employment as Assistant Principal/Dean for Bay Tech, a California public charter school. Bay Tech desires to engage the services of the Employee for the purpose of achieving the goals and meeting the requirements of Bay Tech’s charter and assisting Bay Tech in implementing its purposes, policies, and procedures.
