This Partnership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement“) applies to the implementation of the Mobility project between higher education institutions under the “EEA Scholarship Programme Slovakia”, which is co-financed from the EEA Financial Mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the „EEA FM“) and the state budget of the Slovak Republic and was adopted in accordance with Article 6.8 of the Regulation on the implementation of the EEA FM 2009-2014.
