The purchase order set forth above (the “PURCHASE ORDER”) between VF and the SUPPLIER (individually “PARTY; collectively “PARTIES”) relating to the GOODS/SERVICES (collectively, alsothe “GOODS/SERVICES”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Ts&Cs”) and by accepting a PURCHASE ORDER, or any part thereof, SUPPLIER agrees to supply the relevant SERVICES/GOODS as per the terms and conditions hereunder.
