This Arrangement between the Government of Australia (“GOA”) and the Government of Kiribati (“GOK”) (“the Partners”) establishes the Partners shared vision to ensure development cooperation contributes effectively and efficiently to sustained and inclusive economic growth and to reduce poverty in Kiribati.
