The purpose of this grant agreement (the “Agreement”) is to reflect the terms of the Grant (as defined below) from The Opportunity Trust (the “Grantor”) to the Normandy Schools Collaborative (“you”). The Grant funds will be used by you exclusively to support the exempt purposes provided in your grant proposal and as described in Exhibit A hereto (collectively, the “Exempt Purposes”) in furtherance of exempt purposes as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, as amended (the “Code”). We are thrilled to provide a total grant of $125,000 in support of activities related to the 360 degree review and strategic planning with Attuned Education Partners. The first grant payment will be made in the amount of $125,000 (the “Initial Grant”) and paid as a lump sum payment within a reasonable period of time following execution of this Agreement.
