This Amendment (the “Amendment”) modifies the Interconnection Agreement by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, LLC d/b/a AT&T KENTUCKY, Indiana Bell Telephone Company Incorporated d/b/a AT&T INDIANA, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T ARKANSAS and AT&T KANSAS (“AT&T”) (previously referred to as BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T KENTUCKY, Indiana Bell Telephone Company Incorporated d/b/a AT&T INDIANA and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T ARKANSAS and AT&T KANSAS) and WiMacTel, Inc. (“CLEC”). AT&T and CLEC are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
