Agreement. If a customer at a location off the Airport premises and within the three-mile straight line radius from the center point of the Airport terminal attests in writing with the rental car transaction agreement as follows: “I attest that I did not land at Will Rogers World Airport within the 24 hour period preceding the commencement of this rental car agreement,” then the customer shall not be considered an Airport Customer. The On Airport RAC at its Off Airport locations within the three (3) mile straight line radius from the center point of the Airport terminal shall be responsible to maintain a record of such attestation from the customer and to produce the record upon reasonable request of the Trust by and through the Director. If such record is not produced when requested, then the transaction will be presumed to be with an Airport Customer and the On Airport RAC is obligated to remit to the Trust a CFC of that rental car contract’s transactions days regardless of whether t
