THIS AGREEMENT has been made and entered into effective the 1st day of July, 2011, by and between the Board of Education of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (hereinafter the “District”) and Teamsters Local Union No. 436 a/w International Brotherhood of Teamsters 436 (hereinafter the “Union”). Reference to Administration shall include all Supervisors at all levels employed by the Cleveland Metropolitan Schools.
