WAGONER ASSOCIATION OF CLASSROOM TEACHERS AND WAGONER BOARD OF EDUCATION I-19 NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT 2020-2021 Continue All provisions of the 2019-2020 Negotiated Agreement Not modified or discontinued for 2020-2021 DURATION OF AGREEMENT This agreement shall be continued in effect until changes by mutual agreement of both parties, subject to either party’s right to Negotiation Procedure Section. All conditions of employment shall be maintained at not less than the highest minimum standards in effect in the district at the time this Agreement is signed, provided that such conditions shall be improved for the benefit of teachers as required by the express provisions of this Agreement. In witness whereof, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be signed by their respective presidents and attested by their respective negotiators on the day and year below written.
