WHEREAS ZGI has been granted an option pursuant to the mineral property option agreement dated September 30, 2016, and amended October 16, 2017 (collectively, the “Option Agreement”), attached hereto as Schedule “A”, between AFGF and ZGI whereby AFGF granted an option to ZGI to acquire an 80% legal and beneficial interest in the Tanzania property (the “First Option”), with a second option to acquire a further 20% legal and beneficial interest in the Tanzania property (the “Second Option”) (collectively, the “Option”).
