This Agreement will operate from seven days after the date of approval by Fair Work Commission and have a nominal expiry date of 31 December 2024. The University will meet with the unions listed in this Agreement upon their request at least 3 months prior to the nominal expiry date of the Agreement to commence negotiations for a replacement Agreement.
