This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2022 forms part of our Terms and Conditions (available at www.storemaven.com/terms-of-service) (the "Agreement”). You acknowledge that you, on your own behalf as an individual (if applicable) and on behalf of on behalf of the entity which is a party to the Agreement and executing this DPA ("Organization”) (collectively, "You”, "Your”, "Client”, or "Data Controller”) have read and understood and agree to comply with this DPA, and are entering into a binding legal agreement with StoreMaven as defined below ("StoreMaven”, "Us”, "We”, "Our”, "Service Provider” or "Data Processor”) to reflect the parties' agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (as such terms are defined below) of GDPR-protected individuals. Both parties shall be referred to as the "Parties” and each, a "Party”.
