•The Applicant(s) shall indemnify 5th Newbold Scout Group, its servants and agents against all liabilities for personal injury whether fatal or otherwise and against all liabilities for loss or damage to property and any other loss, damage, cost and expense howsoever caused or incurred whether by an act of neglect of the Applicant(s) or their servants or agents which but for the exercise of the permission hereby granted would not have arisen. • The Applicant(s) shall only use the Venue for the Proposed Use. • The Applicant(s) shall not at any time cause any nuisance, annoyance or disruption to 5th Newbold Scout Group or any other person. • The Applicant(s) shall not be allowed to assign or transfer the benefit of this agreement. • The Applicant(s) shall not allow any person participating in the Proposed Use to be unsupervised at the Venue or the common parts at any time. • Each party may cancel the booking by giving no less than 48 hours notice. • This agreement does not form part of
