This is an agreement between you and the Washington state Department of Enterprise Services (DES) that describes your responsibilities and the conditions upon which your company’s name may be added to notification lists within the state’s solicitation notification system (WEBS). State purchasers may use those lists when they advertise solicitations seeking competitive proposals to suit their IT business needs. By submitting this agreement, you agree to all its terms without exception.
