This is an Agreement between the City of Panama City, a Florida municipal corporation (Owner) and Barge Design Solutions, Inc., a Florida foreign corporation (Engineer). Owner's Project, of which Engineer's services under this Agreement are a part, is generally identified as PC22-031 Professional Services for Panama City for Community Development Block Grants Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR Professional Services Project RESTORE) (the “Project”). Engineer's services under this Agreement (Services) are generally identified as design of upgrades and improvements for repair, replacement and remediation of Stormwater Systems, Water and Sanitary Sewer Systems, Wastewater and Wastewater Treatment, and Roadway and Pavement Systems.
