This Agreement is made this 20th day of August, 2013, by and between Goodman Specialized Vehicles, LLC [VA Dealer], of 9110 Pridesville Road, Amelia, VA 23002 and PL Custom Body & Equipment Co, Inc. [Manufacturer], of 2201 Atlantic Ave, Manasquan, New Jersey 08736 (party of the first part, and hereinafter together known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
