A casual Employee shall be paid the hourly rate stipulated in Schedule 1 applicable to the employee’s position which includes a casual loading of 20% in lieu of annual leave, sick leave, public holidays and other entitlements. If employed as a casual, the employee agrees that there will be no restriction on the length of time that the Employee will be employed in this category.
