Contractor shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Agreement, insurance against claims for injury to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Work or Deliverables hereunder by Contractor, its agents, representatives, employees, Subconsultants, Subcontractors, and/or Suppliers. Insurance requirements related to any construction Work done during the design phase or during the construction phase shall be defined in a separate Agreement associated with the construction phase. Contractor shall cause all Subcontracts to contain identical terms and conditions to those included in this Article.
