THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Preferred Carrier Services, Inc. and Preferred Carrier Services, Inc., d/b/a Telefonos Para Todos and d/b/a Phones for All in Florida, a Texas corporation (“Preferred”), and shall be effective on the Effective Date, as defined herein. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Preferred or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
