THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO SOLAR MODULE SUPPLY AGREEMENT, dated as of February 6, 2017 (this “Amendment”), by and between SunSpark Technology Inc., a California corporation (“SunSpark”), and SolarMax Technology, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“SolarMax”).
