Please read these TERMS carefully before accessing or using the services as these Terms of Use govern the access and/or use by you of the services provided by MY FUEL PUMP. Any person using the Website is addressed herein as a “user” or simply as “you”. The users’ access and use of the services provided by this Website (the “Services”) hereby constitutes and deems the users’ agreement to be bound by these Terms. By using this Website, the User agrees to these Terms, and designates MY FUEL PUMP as its agent acting on its behalf to procure Fuel (the “Product”) and to transport it to a location chosen by the User, and thereafter transfer the Product into a container or other place as may be directed by the User.
