This settlement, effective the first day of January 2021, shall remain in force and effect through December 31, 2023. The County of Tompkins shall hereinafter be referred to as the County. The Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL/CIO, Tompkins County Local 855, the Tompkins County White Collar Unit 8900, shall hereinafter be referred to as the Union or CSEA.
