These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are part of your service agreement with P1.Com Sdn. Bhd. (769973-T) (“P1”) (the “Agreement”) and constitute a contract under which P1 provides you Service under Terms that you (“Subscriber”) accept. In addition to these terms and conditions, there are several parts of the Agreement, which includes but not limited to Registration Form, any other transaction materials that you sign or accept, the plan(s) that you choose as set forth in our written services and transaction materials that P1 provide or refer to you during the sales transaction.
