For the purposes of this contract, the term “Work” is defined as all reports, statistical analyses, work papers, work products, materials, approaches, designs, specifications, systems, documentation, methodologies, concepts, research, materials, intellectual property or other property developed, produced, or generated in connection with this contract. All work performed pursuant to this contract is made the exclusive property of the Board.
