It is the understanding by the parties that Safe Ports intends to conduct “joint bargaining” negotiations with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 1260. Whatever bargaining agreement is reached by and between the parties, will be memorialized in separate agreements between Safe Ports and the IBEW.
