This settlement, effective the first day of January 2010, shall remain in force and effect through December 31, 2014. The County of Tompkins shall hereinafter be referred to as the County. The Civil Service Employees’ Association, Inc., AFSCME Local 1000, AFL/CIO, Tompkins County Local 855, the Tompkins County White Collar Unit, shall hereinafter be referred to as the Union or CSEA.
