This Software Development Kit License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Licensee”) and Hype Labs Inc. (“Hype Labs”) and governs the authorized use of and license to Hype Lab’s Software Development Kit (the “SDK”). You must be at least 18 years old to use the SDK. By agreeing to this Agreement, you represent and warrant to us that: (i) you are at least 18 years old; and (ii) your registration and your use of the SDK is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the right to bind that entity to this Agreement, and all reference to Licensee refers both to you and such entity.
