This ROAD USE AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into this __7th day of _ July , 2022 by and among the Village of Homer, a body politic acting by and through its Board (the "Village"), and Prairie Solar 1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company"). Company and the Village are sometimes referred to herein individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." The term "Company Representative(s)" shall include the Company's contractors, sub-contractors, employees, material suppliers, vendors, transport providers, representatives, and designees.
