This Charter School Contract (“Contract”) is executed on this day of , (the “Effective Date”), by and between, Oklahoma State Board of Education (the “State Board” or “SBE”) and Le Monde International School, Public Charter of Norman, Oklahoma, Inc., a non-profit corporation (“Le Monde” or “School Board”) to authorize the establishment and operation of a charter school known as Le Monde International School located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma (“Charter School”).
