This Nondisclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between The National Archives, (the "Disclosing Party"), and _______________________, located at __________________ _________________________________________________ (the "Receiving Party"), for the purpose of preventing the unauthorised disclosure of Sensitive Information as defined below, in line with HMG’s Security Policy Framework. The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain sensitive, proprietary or protected information ("Sensitive Information").
