This LICENSE AGREEMENT is made by and between the City of Burlington, a municipal corporation organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Vermont (hereinafter CITY) and BERN NATION, INC. d/b/a BERN GALLERY, a commercial establishment located at 135 Main Street, Burlington, Vermont (hereinafter BERN GALLERY or LICENSEE).
