THIS AGREEMENT is made between the Secretary of State for Justice (“the Authority”) acting through his/her representatives in the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and Excalibur Procurement Services Limited, (“the Contractor”) having its main or registered office at Langstone Gate, Solent Road, Havant PO9 1TR together referred to as “the Parties”.
