This AMENDED AND RESTATED PREFERRED SHARES RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 31, 2017, is by and between China Biologic Products Holdings, Inc., a Cayman Islands company (the “Company”), as successor to China Biologic Products, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Predecessor Company”), and Securities Transfer Corporation, a Texas corporation, as rights agent (the “Rights Agent”).
