Payment is subject to the following conditions: Finder detects and completes detection within the retention period, between {MM/DD/YYYY} and {MM/DD/YYYY}. Discoveries that call or inform the Client at the beginning or before its commencement will not be eligible for the finder's fee. Finder may not negotiate with Discovery, nor speak for or on behalf of the Client in any way.
