This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of November 13, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), between First Communications, LLC (“First Comm”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, with offices at 3340 West Market Street, Akron, OH 44333 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and First Comm may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
