This Class Settlement Agreement and Release (“Class Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among the following Settling Parties (as defined below): (i) Plaintiffs Daisy Trujillo, Mark Vereen, Michelle Rodgers, Echoe Camacho, on behalf of herself and her minor child, T.C., and Angelica Mendoza (“Representative Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), by and through their counsel M.
