THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and BroadRiver Communication Corporation (“BroadRiver”), a Delaware corporation, shall be effective as of the date of signature by both Parties (“Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or BroadRiver or both as a “Party” or “Parties “.
