This Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated this 29th day of November, 2004, is entered into by and between Action Communications Inc. (“CLEC”), a Nebraska corporation, and United Telephone Company of the West d/b/a Sprint (“Sprint”), a Deleware corporation, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
