By this agreement, JSC 'Maqsut Narikbayev KAZGUU University' (a certificate of state re-registration of a legal entity as of May 04, 2018), hereinafter referred to as 'University', operating under License no. KZ64LAA00011853 as of May 25, 2018, issued by the State 'The Control Committee in Education and Science under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan', defines the conditions for the paid provision of educational services received by ND Student who has acceded the terms of this Agreement. The accession of the ND Student, his/her legal representative to this Agreement is carried out under the signed ‘Application for Accession’, in accordance with a form that is an integral part of this Agreement.
